🔄 Conduit Duplicate Filtering
Online platforms like ActBlue (Democratic) and WinRed (Republican) process donations and create
two records per donation — one for the individual donor and one for the platform.
This tool filters out conduit records by default to prevent double-counting (100% inflation without filtering).
🚩 Anomaly / Risk Score
- • +1 point: "RETIRED" with employed household member at same address
- • +1 point: PO Box address
- • +1 point: 4+ donors at same address
- • +1 point: "RETIRED" with $3,500+ donation
Higher scores indicate potential obfuscation or coordination concerns.
💎 Donor Classification
MEGA Score 20+ (Multiple maxed-out donations)
TOP Score 10-19 (At least one maxed-out)
HIGH Score 5-9 ($3,500+ donations)
MEDIUM Score 2-4 ($1,000+ donations)
Scoring: $7,000+ = 10 pts • $3,500–6,999 = 5 pts • $1,000–3,499 = 2 pts (per candidate)
